We add sliced ginger and a tsp of five spice powder and always cook using the time saving method. I prefer boneless pork shoulder meat instead of pork feet. Optionally add 2 tablespoon of minced galangai root. If you use ground meat, the texture would be smooth. So, instead of ground meat, use chopped meat with small chunks to give it more texture. Otherwise, this recipe is really a great base.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18094952693155863067noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3715245219995634433.post-58004446174608918762015-04-10T22:47:52.445-07:002015-04-10T22:47:52.445-07:00Kaffir lime leafs are hard to find fresh here wher...Kaffir lime leafs are hard to find fresh here where I live, at least I never found them before. What am I doing wrong?

Oh my mom taught me that 6 ladles of boiling water is enough to make the dough to get it the right consistency. I also like to chop up some raw chicken breast and sautee it with garlic. Then I add it to my chicken stock.

Love this site.
